Ihad problems selling off my the Sail @ Marina Bay for at least 6months.After a discussion and Lester had explained to me very clearly how doesthis market works. InOrder to get the best possible price, the only key is "Speed"(Lester'stagline) When we first reached singapore, we had a very badexperience with the Owner (Landlord) due to a inresponsible agent.Luckily, we met both Ivy & Lester, their speed was imagzing! Wemanaged to found another place in a very good rental just in a day !.Even Movers they provided to us as well. They had done a great speedyjob!
